OPENING OPENING
Hello hello! I am back! With my new theme and my new project! I couldn't share post for almost one year. Because I went to Spain for Erasmus internship programme. When i was walking around the bars street, somebody came with the bicycle and stole my bag. It means; my money, passport, mobile phone, camera, MP3, credit card, ID card, student card, museum card, blah blah gone!! I turned my country as much as fast and still have problem about safety on my mind. Its like hell. Can not explain.. So I bought a new camera to take photo for my blog but wasnt ready to share something. Now i am on my mood and will post (try to post) my "ability". Does not make me more confident? Hahah OK no to arrogance :) I am currently eating soo much food and already start to think that what i am gonna eat morning for breakfast. Decided to do this puffy, delicious, spicy bread.
INGREDIENTS:
1 packet of dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup of water
needed flour
3 tbsp melted butter
Sesame for top
PREPARATION
Mix them all except butter. Wait till the dough gets twice as much. When it becomes double, seperate in to 7 or 8 pieces. Press with your hand and make a good round. Apply the melted butter on the top with the help of a brush. Then spill the sesame on top. Cook it into 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Bon Appetit!
