It is almost came. I am talking about Valentine's day. I went to my lovely kitchen and started to think about what should i bake for Valentine's day.. Decided to do something new and eatable for everyone (Vegans). Maybe this gives you inspiration. Let's start!

INGREDIENTS
2 cup of flour
1 cup of honey ( Maple or agave syrup is avaible for Vegans)
1 cup of black tea (Filtered, brewed and warm)
1 cup of sun flower oil
1/2 sugar
1tbsp vanilla extract
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp salt
1/2 cup of pieced almond
1/2 cup of pieced walnut
1tbsp baking powder ( Maybe nutritional yeast is avaible for this. Vegans know better)
1 cup of blackberry
2 tbsp caster sugar
a few piece of chestnut for decoration
white chocolate (Choice)
PREPARATION
Mix all the liquids stuff. In another bowl, mix all the dried stuff. Then add the dried stuff into liquids. Into pre-heated oven, bake it 1 hour into 170 degrees. Put the blackberries and caster sugar in to a pot and cook it for 10 minutes. Mash and filter. When cake is became cold, pour the blackberry sauce on top and decorate with chestnut and melted white chocolate. Hope you enjoy and like it.
